We train the participants as multipliers for your company in order to bring an agile attitude and way of working into your business areas and to be able to independently accompany in-house workshops and the implementation of agile projects in a target group-oriented manner.
Our approach is based on the SHU-HA-RI approach and includes an evolutionary training system with learning the rules and basics (SHU), followed by application and adaptation in practice (HA) and finally ends with mastering the methods and the ability to consciously adapt the rules individually and further develop them for specific target groups (RI).
